We ask that you give a minimum of 24 hours notice when cancelling. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee of 50% of the appointment cost. No shows will be charged 50% of the appointment cost the first time. Any further no shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost. Exceptions can be made based on individual circumstances.

Yes, we are currently setting up direct billing with most insurance providers. We will not direct bill with WorkSafe BC, ICBC, or MSP.
